OTRON was asked to create a custom Desktop Usage Meter application for a national ISP.  There were a number of key outcomes required in the usage meter and it is now in production use.

Current Features:

• Web Service interaction with ISP Host
• Shows Total Usage for Peak & Off Peak
• Messaging Interface Built In (Not Released)

Future Release Features:

• Activation of Messaging Interface for Notifications
• Diagnosis / Self Check Feature to assist Support Staff
